Join our CSA
Night Owl Garden will pilot our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in the 2026 season. A CSA is a partnership between farmers and local community members in which individuals support a farm, and in return, receive regular portions of the farm’s produce throughout the growing season.
How it works:
Members purchase “shares” of a farm’s harvest in advance, sharing both the risks and rewards of food production. Payment is made upfront, helping cover the cost of seeds and other supplies needed early in the year.
Throughout the season, members receive weekly boxes of fresh produce. Pickup may be at the farm or at a convenient location in Northeast Portland. When we have an extra abundance of particular items we will bring optional complimentary extras you can select.
Members accept that harvests vary due to weather, pests, or other factors. In good weeks boxes overflow; some weeks, they may be lighter.
What you get:
Access to fresh, seasonal, locally grown food, at lower cost than retail
A connection to the farmers who work hard to grow your food
The satisfaction of supporting a small, local farm using organic and regenerative practices
Access to occasional low-cost or free u-pick or gleaning opportunities at the farm
Opportunities to purchase extra items at pick-up such as free-range eggs and cut flowers when available
Cost: $800 for 20 weeks from mid-May through September
